I coded and designed CMX JumpStart: Vienna. It uses a technique called Jello Mold that creates a layout that is somewhere between fluid and fixed. I also wrote a two-part series to guide subscribers through reconstructing the markup and reconstructing the CSS for Vienna.
Tired of typing CSS hacks into your style sheets? Get away from all of that with my CMX CSS Snippets Collection Part One and CMX CSS Snippets Collection Part Two.

What is a Swanilda?
I am often asked, “What's a Swanilda?” So for those of you who are curious about the origin of the name, here is the story: Swanilda is the main character in the world's most famous comedy ballet, “Coppelia.” The evil doll maker, Dr. Coppelius, tries to make everyone believe that a beautiful doll he created is real. Even Swanilda's boyfriend falls in love with the doll. Swanilda is determined to get at the truth, and is able to expose the doll's emptiness for what it really is.
In an era where truth in advertising often is non existent, Swanilda's
Studio offers old fashioned values, care for the client, and quality craftsmanship.
Specializing in arts organizations, nonprofit, and small business, Swanilda's
Studio has been creating Web sites since 1995.
Swanilda's Studio also offers training at many levels. If you work for a government agency, be sure to check out the Government Printing Office training pages. If you would like a college level course, see the Trinity College pages. Swanilda's Studio also offers private instruction for those who want to learn to maintain their own Web pages.
Finally, in the spirit of the truth, and the philosophy of sharing information, these pages offer a variety of tutorials. The topics ranges from 508 Accessibility to Dreamweaver and GoLive to creating database driven Web sites. Please feel free to explore and learn...and then pass it along to someone else.
