508 Accessibility

Welcome to the Accessibility section of the site. This is where you can learn how to make your site more accessible to people with disabilities. If you are working on a government site, it is the law as of June 21, 2001. If you are in the private sector, you still might want to consider making your site accessible. It not only benefits the disabled person, but it increases traffic to your site, too. The number of people with disabilities is huge, and you can't discount them—morally, or in terms of impact. And don't forget to check your pages for accessibility for free at Bobby.
