Making CSS Rollovers

Open the CSS Palette and select the new style icon (the first
icon on the left at the bottom of the palette.)
Click on the radio button for “Use CSS Selector”
You must set the attributes for the link in this exact order:

Link
Visited Link
Hover
Active Link
